Ha that option in the Control Panel doesn`t even show up in W7

The Driver or GFE is for Win 10 and it shows in the tray when needed, like if there is an update.

if you click on that this will show in the tray
And if you want to even see to CP you have to have the one above it checked.

Just reinstalled 385.28 and this time the CP is displaying everything normally, it has to be Eclipse related
