I feel the updating race is getting on my nerves lately. I usually don't play the latest games. And the time for optimizations is long gone.

Newer Laptop with Switchable Graphics, Nvidia Geforce 1050TI
Should I install the 390.65 Driver update from Geforce Experience on it, just don't want the problem where it was shutting itself off to return, right now using the Nvidia drivers from HP's site for that machine. Please advise what is best to do
Edit: Well Evidently Laptop can't run with the Drivers from Nvidia for some reason, started shutting off once again when I went to wake it up after monitor went to sleep, so since it ran fine on as latest as I can go with drivers from HP driver site, used Display driver uinstaller, and then reinstalled the Manufactuer ones, and praying it doesn't shut off when I use it now or wake it up from sleeping, not that its on sleeping much, but still that is annoying
Which is best wait for HP to release newer Driver on the site, or try the Notebook version from Nvidias site on my HP Omen Laptop, Geforce 1050TI
