    Not sure how you got that one, but you can remove it using DDU and then install the latest driver for your card if you choose.
    You could also look at your latest Windows updates list, to see what was installed recently.
    Could also check your Windows Reliability Monitor list too. Should show up there also.

    Doug, is this excessive network bug that was fixed the one where it would constantly send/receive 8kb packets? Over and over again?
