I've installed 385.12 and although they are described as beta by NVIDIA dxdiag is saying they are WHQL logo'd. Very strange.

sorted my issue with latest driver and black screen had to change a setting in NVidia control panel 3d setting power management mode to prefer maximum performance worked great ever since

The "Enable experimental features" option actually does something now, in the latest GeForce Experience and latest drivers.

Doesn't appear to affect those that don't install GFE, but I may wait a little while before installing these.
