If you are using build 14393.1066 there is an option to upgrade it in settings/windows Update it is a release candidate but they are trying to offer it is waves, I used for a tad then went back to the AU and opted out of it. Some things are just not right.
That IS just what I said Josey....ONLY WAY to get the Creative Update is to ASK For It !!! It has not been offered in WU yet ....and its been quite a while....

    I'll hypothesize,
and say the problem is all that 3D stuff that's been added to Win10, doesn't "taste good" to NVIDIA's software.

Maybe path's have been changed, or it's one of the new services has been added(over 244 new ones I think it is).

It is being offered in WU in waves, certain sections get it before others. If you are among the unlucky you will be offered to download it, but MS did not want to offer it to all users at once.

It faces lawsuits from the launch of Windows 10 in 2015, when people said their computers were being automatically updated to the new operating system, with a confusing opt-out process.

One suit was filed last week in Illinois by three people who claim the update caused them to lose data. Microsoft said the plaintiffs’ claims are without merit.
Since the launch of Windows 10, Microsoft has changed its update procedures.
The Creator’s Update will be the first to feature an update scheduler, letting people pick a day and time when they want their system to update. Customers can choose to install the update immediately or delay it for up to three days.

3 days without a black screen boot up problem. Looks like they got this driver right. :-)
