Thanks @DooGie and @kado897 for the heads-up, but I am wondering what is cooking with NVDIA. In a two-month time frame, we had already 3 updates, if I am not mistaken...Maybe, someone can correct me.
There's always something cooking at Nvidia. Sometimes they take it too quick out of the oven. Nvidia release GR-drivers for new popular games. In theory, if there's a crowded month of games it means more updates, if there are few games it means less driver updates. Then there are the SR/CR-drivers that's not updated as often as the game ready drivers.

Did not notice any difference between these two latest drivers............
What do you mean exactly? It's the same branch with the same features with only a few fixes and added VR headsets and monitors. No need to update if these doesn't apply to you.

This is a first. After DDU and install of 430.86, there are no telemetry entries in scheduled tasks. None. Used to be 3, now 0. Verified with Autoruns. They are gone.

And now only 1 service, used to be 2. The missing/gone one is the same, but for LS User container.

    Can anyone verify, please? Thanks.

I don't have GFE, and I only checked off the driver, no other options. And checked clean install. Maybe that's it.

Also, this is with the latest DDU, v18.0.1.4.

They will be there somewhere TC unless you've done a minimal install. If you unpack the downloaded .exe you'll see this.

You see what I mean, if telemetry had been completely removed the why is then telemetry directory still contained in the installation files

I see that, DooGie,what I saying is they have always been there before, and I disable them. This time, they are not there. Yes, they are in the .exe. If by minimal, you mean the driver only and absolutely nothing else, that's what I did.

I just did it again, with the DL'd 430.86, choosing same options. This time, without DDU first, right on top of itself. Same results. I have 1 service only and no telemetry entries in scheduled tasks.
