I don't see 399.07 listed at NVIDIA yet on my end either, but it may take a bit to be available for everyone.
You can download 399.07 at guru3d.com below for now until it's fully available at NVIDIA.

I think I will just wait for the r400 branch. Nothing in this driver fixes or improves anything for me.

Crashed (green screen and reboot) twice with 399.07 the first night, and then again the next day all while playing World of Warcraft.
For some reason my setup doesn't seem to like any of the 396 branch of drivers. Retreated to 398.98 which are working perfectly.
