"Application Has Been Blocked from Accessing Graphics Hardware"

I've been getting this error message a couple times on Youtube and in games. It makes the screen freeze for a second. What is the cause of this and how do I fix it?

It can be caused by video drivers or bad video card. Try updating drivers if you didn't

Try updating the video card drivers in the computer. You can open the Device Manager and the right click on the video card and select update.

Fill in your system specs Has anything changed previous to this? Updated ANY drivers? Installed any programs? 99% of the time this a driver issue/driver crash , there is a common reg edit fix to try ive seen work for others but small steps first so any changes?
