    GTX 760 Driver failure

Having issues with a 760 i've had a month now, all was fine and fully updated then in middle of a game of league of legends my pc shuts off and i find out that the 760 no longer works with Nvidia drivers, did a fresh windows install because i assumed it was my SSD at first, works with Basic display drivers and will not work with Nvidia drivers at all, tried in different pc with the same issue, it is definitely a problem with the gpu so dont sugest its anything about my pc, i have a 750W PSU, 4770k and 8GB RAM and am using it with another gpu right now. (have attached image of the gpu in dxdiag for anyone who knows)
