nvlddmkm.sys/dxgkrnl.sys HI DPC latency /Stuttering CPU /USb DISCONNEC

I searched around, and it seems everyone has some version of this problem. But since mine is a little different, and some of those solutions DID NOT WORK, I'm posting my own problem here.

Problem

CPU spikes, local and internet video and mp3 player stutter. Internet speed loss/stutter

Usb DISsconnects and reconnects , causing computer functions to stutter.
Mouse disconnects permanently and has to be removed and reinserted.
EDIT: 46,000 NDIS.SYS DPC latency when entering a game like Battlefield 4




All of the bars used to be red to the max, but I did some things to rectify and reduce the latency. BUT the NVIDIA driver still persists to be a big problem.

Things I've done to try to solve the issue:
-Turned on HIGH performance and turned to CPU Disable on IDLE. I'm not sure if iwant to keep this setting, i like it taking a nap to reduce fan speeds.
--Ran an XPerf and saved the log.
Reseated Nvidia card and checked cables /power again.
-Observed IRQ conflicts. USB and ethernet are all sharing 18. Could not fix, but unsure if this is a problem.

-Removed Bitdefender, switched to Avira free. Scanned for Rootkit and full scan. Removing Bitdefender got the red bars down, but it's still not good enough, there's still some stutter and the Nvidia is still an issue.
-Installed Nvidia 361 driver. *FEB 2016.

-Disabled NVIDIA driver helper service in Services.msc
-Disabled HD audio from Nvidia (hdmi throughput)

-Updated to latest 7885 Bios, Updated all MSI support drivers from motherboard and app utilities
-Updated all drivers inside Device manager

-Used NVCleaner and installed Nvidia 365.10
-Removed Killer ethernet driver and installed Qualcomm.
-DO NOT own a WLAN card on this computer, so no it's not the problem.


What else to try?
REINSTALL Windows 7. I have heard some people have success in this. BUT if there's a way to avoid that, I will do that instead.
-Buy an AMD card. Well , I don't have such a wallet for that but I would if that means no more DPC latency!

Hi, you've done some good research on this difficult issue. You could check the source of your page faults:
See the 3rd screenshot here:

And try the same Nvidia driver as you used in Win 7.

Your PC seems pretty well specced, - can you check Win 10 compatibility with MSI, or any reports on their forum?

Also Win 7 driver..

Did MSI confirm your rig is Win 10 compatible?

Your last screenshot appears to confirm what you suspected.. driver interrupt contention.

Do you have any conflicts shown in Device Manager (View resource by connection)?

I can only suggest things that might point you in the right direction...

1. MSI on the phone confirmed my whole system is Win 10 ready. I have both an NVIDIA gpu and Graphics. They are very modern and were built during win 10 development.

2. I viewed on other pages in google that IRQs are not the same problem as in the past and we have only 15 IRQs, so many will be shared. At the moment, the USB and Ethernet share the same 18 IRQ (both on the MSI motherboard). Anyways, i uninstalled them all and rebooted and they both returned to 18. There's really no way to change IRQs in windows 10.

3. I have tried all of those things above, but they are really not up my alley in understanding.. It's not a language i really know. Anyways, both Firefox and Opera cause high page faults. But so does my computer going idle overnight. I have tried the process explorer here, but it really doesn't tell me anything. I did post the results here and above. Btw, yes I used a driver from back in early 2015, but that still didn't solve anything (353.xx)

If this is a bizarre driver issue, you may want to try a freeware program called DDU. Then reinstall your driver from an updated download.

DDU has resolved issues for me, in the past.

Oops. Just reread your post. I misread it as an nvidia driver issue. A few review sites discuss this dpc latency issue. A mobo freq is mis-set in bios. A minor tweak ( ring voltage?) may be needed, as well as a bios update. Details escape me, but there was a lot of discussion on this and digging before the cause was found. Try Hardforum.com
