Can you change from an AMD Radeon Card to a Gigabyte Nvidia card without and registration drama's.

Yes. You need to download and run (from safe mode) DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).

Yes swapping out video cards is very easy. Remove the AMD driver then install new card and then install Nvidia driver.

Only and only MB change can make "registration drama", nothing else.
