WX Doesn't Detect Other Monitors (GTX 760)

    Hey there,

I've been quite fed up with the fact I can't use my second monitor with Windows 10. I am attempting to install the latest drivers now, but I have done numerous updates and it still doesn't detect my second monitor. I am using a NVIDIA GTX 760.

If anyone can help me out, that would be great. I will update the OP when I finish the driver update
    EDIT: No luck. Please help

    Thanks.

Have you gone to Nvidia Control Panel and selected set up multiple displays? You should also be able to right click and empty space on the Desktop, select Display Settings and set it up. If neither of those 2 options work, check your connections and make sure the OS detects the second monitor.

It appears that it is "detected" but the monitor is just in sleep.

In Windows Display settings can you click the Identify link? and, as elementary as this sounds, do you have the input settings in the monitor settings set to match the connection you are using? Under multiple monitor monitor select extend dislay to this monitor? This is how mine looks.

When I do this, it still doesn't do anything. In fact, it sets my primary monitor as my secondary, and my secondary doesn't show up.

To be helpful, here are my display settings

Sorry, but I am running out of ideas. Did you enable it in Nvidia Control Panel? In your screenshot, you have 'Multiple Monitors' set to show only 1. Can you set it to Extend Desktop to these Displays?

Extending doesn't fix the situation either. This is the NVIDIA Control Panel, which tells me there is only 1 monitor.

It looks like your monitor is not being recognized. How do you have it connected, and is the monitor set for the type of connection you are using?
