I'm out of ideas, last resort clean install and see if it comes to life for you.

I really do not want to clean install Windows. There must be something done with a driver issue...

Please confirm what working connectors you have on the nVidia card, (ignore any ports on the motherboard, they will be automatically disabled by installing the Graphics card), and on each of the Monitors

Multi monitor can be enabled in the bios, if the cpu has built in gpu and the motherboard supports it. I have done it.

Not all motherboards have this feature, and I have known issues when it is enabled - I would only use the on-board video option, when a discreet video card is fitted, for testing purposes, ( card, ports, cables etc)

The graphics card has two DVI ports, one HDMI, and one DP. I am using one of the two DVI ports.

Both monitors (the new one and the old one) only have a DVI and VGA Input.

So roll back, and update again to see if it works.

I tried this several weeks ago. I rolled back to 8.1 and it still didn't work. Could my graphics card be the one that is broken?

EDIT: Also, because I am on Windows 10586.3, I can't roll back.
