Windows 10 Intel HD Graphic Drivers Error

I searched around, but nothing helped to install any Intel driver that can run Minecraft and OBS screen recorder. Most people have this problem as well. I reset Windows 10 3 times already, and right now, the only graphics driver I have right now is the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. There is no internet connected to the PC as well.

I tried following this tutorial: [TenForums]How to Install an Intel HD Graphics Driver on Windows 10 that will not install normally. - YouTube , but I was not successful. Every time, it said this message:
Windows 10 Intel HD Graphic Drivers-l28auwr.png
In fact, even on other computers and other versions of Windows (Windows 7) I got this same message.
So, if anyone can help to get an Intel HD Graphics driver to run Minecraft and other programs, that would be great. Thanks!
    Computer Info:

    Dell, VOSTRO 200
    BIOS Version: 1.0.16
    Graphics: Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
    OS: Windows 10

Because I just reinstalled it, it needs me to activate it still. It is also in Test Mode, Build 10240.

    Thanks for your time reading!

    EDIT: Sorry, wrong place before.

    Did you try these?

Download Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Windows* 7(exe)

(Latest Windows 7 drivers. There is also a 64 bit version, should you be running that.)

With any luck, they'll just install. If not, the next thing to try would be Compatibility Mode. If that fails, you could try manually extracting the drivers (7Zip will work for that) and manually upgrading to them.

If all else fails, you could add an inexpensive discrete graphics card. If yours in the slim design, I expect it'd have to be a low profile card.

Thank you! I will try it right away!

EDIT: it worked fine. Let me test it with Minecraft first, to see if it is compatible.
Does anyone know how to turn off the automatic updates for Grpahic Cards?

Yes, you must hide the relevant updates so they are excluded, as described in this tutorial. Remember to run the utility every some days to exclude newer driver updates.

Thanks. This driver though crashed Minecraft and doesn't run OBS. Is there another driver that will work?
