I am currently looking at the RMA forum for Sapphire however it needs numbers that are found on the card itself so I won't be able to find these out till later

Tested out using another hard drive and with that the only working driver is the one that windows will install for you and if i try any AMD drivers then it will instantly start causing the crashes. I am going to try and send my graphics card back but to be honest I'm thinking that I will just need to get another graphics card

I'm looking at getting this graphics card as it is one my friend has and he gets insane FPS on games using it and it isn't too expensive for me to buy:
MSI NVIDIA GTX 980 Gaming Graphics Card (4GB, PCI Express, 256 Bit): Amazon.co.uk: Computers Accessories
It says it is "from MSI" but "sold and dispatched by Amazon", does this mean that It would have the 30 day return policy where If I got the same errors using this new card I could send it back?
If you guys could just take a look at it for me to make sure, my mum says that it should have the 30 day return but I just want to make absolute sure before I order it so a yes or no would be very helpful

I see now your going the other route to NVIDIA Chipset and it's drivers. This is a good card i have seen some different versions and brands of this card GTX 980 ti. Did not think were going to purchase another card to see if solves your issues not knowing if other card was bad or it's drivers were the issue. With newer NVIDIA cards and drivers seem to not have issues with Windows 10.
Read here Amazon like many other retailers have 30 day money back refund.

I am in similar position. Only the microsoft basic graphics driver will work with my Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet with Intel HD Graphics. I am on the very latest Windows 10 Fast insider build. Prior to this build everything was fine. Since installing the latest build, the Intel hd graphics driver causes a BSOD upon next reboot. The only way to boot is into safe mode and unistall the Intel driver and apply the Microsoft basic driver. However the driver auto updates and installs the Intel driver again and the whole scenario starts again. I tried installing the latest intel driver but that still causes the same problem. Really need some help guys.
You can use Microsoft's Show or Hide Update tool to block the driver from installing. The tool can be downloaded here

If you would like to block ALL driver updates, just follow this procedure

So I've been using the new gtx 980 for the past week and it hasn't once caused any issues. The only thing I have noticed is that on some webpages black boxes will appear if i switch between tabs/windows but they will go away as soon as you scroll. Some people said that's just to do with latest drivers and that the next update will fix it so im sure its fine.
