I don't see a PCIe connector on the card in those pictures. I am assuming that it is just not shown...

Being a single-slot card, the NVIDIA Quadro K4000 draws power from 1x 6-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 80 W maximum.

I see in the first picture a 4-pin attachment on the card I'd assume is for additional power and would also assume a cord for it would have come with the card. The attachment looks about the size of the power port for a floppy disk drive.

It's not shown in your pic, but it does have a 6 pin power connector, on the "end" of the card...
So the adapter you linked, will work just fine.

80w card and you can get up to 75w from the pcie slot. The funny part is that card only needs the power cable for 5W.

The minimum power supply for the NVIDIA Quadro K4000 is 300watts so you should be OK.

The PCIe connector does not provide enough power for your video card. You need to supplement that with a PCIe power cable from your power supply. Check your power supply to see if it has a cable with a connector like this.

Note many power supplies have a cable with an 8-pin (6+2 power) connector. If you only need 6 pins just detach the 2-pin part.
