i got this monitor and the pc tells me the recommended setting should be 1920x1080 it is a 1080 monitor it had mtg on the back but in the ebay listing it say lg ips monitor. i have tried resetting the monitor with the settings on the monitor. the osd setting only lets me move the setting page the horizontal and vertical settings are shaded out i tried resetting it and i still can't get the screen to fit the size of the monitor in the recommended setting. i can change the resolution bu then the best setting is 1600x1200 and then everything is short and fat. so i'm hoping someone has one of these. and can help me figure it out. it seems to me in the

the monitor seems to be a good monitor i can change most of the setting but i can't change the horizontal or vertical position on the screen only that pop up menu. the driver in driver in device manager is amd radeon vega8 graphics. i think that is wrong for this monitor but correct for the laptop as that is the hp elite 745 amd ryzen 3500u g6 5 pro

if i can't get this to work any better then i will stop using it. and go back the dell i had here before but it is thick and heavy and i can just get the laptop screen tucked up and behind that monitor
