    Intel UHD Graphics Driver Latest Version Question


    I am getting frustrated. Windows Update said yesterday there was an intel extension in windows updates for version 31.0.101.2125 I already have the driver and when I tried to instal yesterday the computer fan roared and I got a white screen.

    I then used the intel graphics update assistant that says the latest driver is 31.0.101.2127 released a few days ago but not to instal it because it may have issues and to wait for a release for my laptop from the manufacturer.I have checked the downloads page at the manufacturer and this new driver is not shown.

    I have two Fujitsu A3510 laptops and wondered if others have shad imilar issues.
    Trying to contact Fujitsu direct is a non starter.

    Your updates come from Windows updates, you may get ones not listed by Intel because of the specialised hardware of Laptops. Hence the notes given by Intel.

    No need to install the Intel graphics update assistant, just adding bloat. It is really for desktop PC users.
