Is it just me or does the 545.84 game ready driver cause way to heavy cpu loads?
Previously old driver used on average 20-30 or in some cases 40% of the cpu when playing videogames.
Now i see values go up to 50 and 60% alot and the pc makes much more noise because of the fans spinning more intense.
I would downgrade the graphics driver if someone could inform me which update was the last one that didn't have these issues?
I did not notice that at all with that particular driver version. I have since upgraded to the latest driver version and still don't see the problem you experience.
What graphics card are you using?

GTX 1080 Ti Windows 10 21H2
The graphics driver is the only thing i changed on this system recently, i know it's the reason for the high cpu useage.
I read report's this issue first occured with 528 driver's, but that's a year old and should be fixed already.
