Questions on color depth options

I owned a gigabyte gtx 1660s gpu. I would like to know if there are any softwares/drivers
or registry tweaks that can provide color depth options of 8bit/16bit/24bit color instead of just
the default 32bit color ? This options are necessary for me to reduce over rich color on modern
softwares/games titles.
