    Intel graphic command center installation?

I got an desktop popup asking me to log into "Intel graphic command center". Was this the result a Windows Update, or perhaps related to the update recently of some Intel drivers, but not for graphics? I now see in my "Apps". How can I benefit from using it if I not a gamer?

It's the Control Panel for the Integrated Graphics which is part of the CPU chip.
You may, or may not be using that.

Serves the same purpose as say the Nvidia Control Panel if you use an Nvidia graphics card.

Gamers don't generally use Integrated Graphics.

If you want to know what use it is, then use it. Maybe you want to calibrate your screen or change refresh rate or whatever. It adds to the graphics functionality in Windows.

Is this the same/upgraded tool as the one that used to be accessed from the desktop context menu?
