10th gen SGX Media PC unable to play UHD-Blu Rays (Help needed)

I just built a new media pc with the hope that it would also play UHD-Blu Rays, and not just be able to rip them, however, I'm having issues.

    The build:

    Windows 10 64
ASRock Z490M-ITX/ac & i5 10400 with Intel SGX confirmed to be activated.
Using onboard Intel 630 graphics for the SGX.
    WH14NS40 drive Flashed with WH16NS60 1.02MK Firmware
    MakeMKV, PowerDVD, and ANYDVD installed.
All drivers and software up to date.

The computer is able to recognize UHD's and MakeMKV has no issue ripping my UHD discs, but VLCplayer and PowerDVD say the discs are an unknown format even though they can clearly see the title of the discs just fine.

I am aware I can rip every single disc, but I don't want to use that much space, as the discs are already on my shelves.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I feel like its software related, and I'm just one step away.

Thank you very much for your time and knowledge.

    Hello,

For the sgx you need to install something like the platform software...
Watch this Intel video: Detecting and Enabling Intel® SGX | Intel Software - YouTube

If that doesn't work start over, uninstall your media software, disable sgx, and follow the video to get started.

Thank you for the reply. I already have the Intel SGX software platform installed and enabled. I've already done as you said and started over before posting this thread. I do not get any SGX related errors. It simply says the disc is unreadable even though Makemkv can rip it and the system can explore its contents.

Ok I can't help you I had to use sgx for something other than uhd player software, I had favorited this video.

Maybe don't use Intel's latest drivers and utility:
"(...)and support for SGX may be removed at some point on the new versions of Intel drivers or utility programs (e.g., the Intel SGX and Intel Management Engine driver and firmware)..."
Customer Support - Why can’t I play Ultra HD Blu-ray movies on my new Intel CPU (11th generation or above) platform that does not support Intel SGX feature? Why are Ultra HD Blu-ray discs no longer playable after related Intel drivers and the Windows OS were updated on older platforms that support the Intel SGX feature? | CyberLink
