What is the model number of the Monitor/TV, all that can be seen is Samsung.

To simplify adjustments can you use an HDMI or indeed any digital connection at a refresh rate of 60 Hz 1920 x 1080 rather than VGA ?

I don't see any blurring or stretching.

That error message says 1920 x 1080 60 Hz which is a very standard monitor, probably the native resolution.

Remove that DSR stuff in the Nvidia Control Panel, just adds complications.

If you are indeed using an antiquated VGA connection, DON'T!! That is about the worst possible connection type that you could make. VGA is an ancient technology using ANALOG video which is highly susceptible to noise and even under the best of conditions will never look as sharp or crisp as a digital signal such as HDMI, or DisplayPort.
