How to switch between two DPI scale values via hotkey?

I never used UWP apps. (Doubt it would make a difference though) But otherwise pretty much any program from media players to video games, tuner programs, image viewers etc. And any shortcut created by Windows' built in feature for start menu and desktop items. But I thought this is well known.

I see no help here, it's just non-functional.

You seem to be listing various applications' hotkeys. Win key is not even accepted for Windows shorcuts for Start menu and desktop items.
For example, you click an icon (.lnk) on the desktop, open properties, than select the shortcut key field, then press your combination. (Random example) Win key is not usable, and if the combo is already used globally it will activate.

You can't criticise that because you refused to give examples.

You clearly have a problem with your O/S. I have no problem launching the Start menu with Win key (Open Shell in my case) or Win key + tab (Win 10's) - because I use Open Shell.

It was a tad ambiguous. However It's still not at all what I'm talking about. Rather the hotkeys a user can define for desktop/start-menu shortcuts.

It's not like you bothered to understand or check out what I'm writing about, particulary in the previous comment.
What good would it have done for me to type something like "ctr+alt+shift+p" or whatever? Well, now I did, and I don't think it moved us further.

I clearly don't. It's weird limitation since Win7 at least. (never used vista)

I didn't get to.it yet. And it's sure to work unless Nircmd is broken

However, ultimately seems to me that resolution changes brake stuff worse. Taskbar elements are just as messed up, but even some notification area icons are borked.
