    "should I remove it?"

Not necessary, the one being used is the one with (default) after the name.

As I said just select another from what is in your "All profiles" and add it. Make it the default is your choice.

The one I suggested comes with Windows as standard. You do not necessarily get any profiles from the manufacturer of the Laptop/PC/Monitor.

The last 2 CalibratedDisplayProfiles are listed in All Profiles.

"I don't want to use this now (I want my colors back to default)"

We do not know what you have been doing, you may have fiddled with Graphics drivers and/or Monitor colour controls.

I used the calibrate display in the advanced tab and my display colors are getting weird, don't know how to go back to default. I want to cancel this feature (or go back to before I used it)

I have now deleted the "CalibratedDisplayProfile-x" file, and my icc profiles in the devices tab are currently empty, will this change my color settings back to default?

You'll need to reboot to find out.

Going thru the Windows calibration should not make colours weird. A few subtle changes is all it does on mine.

Set your Graphics Card driver to defaults and also the Monitor.

    Reboot everything.

I use Lagom.nl to check various factors are broadly correct.

In fact, this is my biggest dissatisfaction with this feature, there is no way to go back to the default settings directly, as long as you have used this feature, there seems to be no way to go back to the default settings.

If it is a graphics card driver and monitor, you can directly return to the default settings.

Due to work reasons, this pc does not have access to the internet and cannot be calibrated using an external website.

Finally, I'm actually not sure if my color profile is actually back to default.
