Weird Display Anomaly (Font, Graphics) after running for some time

I get this strange thing happening to Explorer after my computer has been running for a while (maybe a day or longer). Notice that much of the window graphics are missing, and the font is not typical. It's like the system has run out of resources for drawing to the screen. It can do this after a period even if there is no active use with it. Explorer eventually crashes and restarts.

Windows 10, Intel i7 11700K with UHD Graphics 750 on the ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Hero motherboard.

    Ideas?

I guess you already tried sfc /scannow in CMD(adm)...and you also checked for virus in defender.

Could be different things.......here are 14 suggestions.

I think it would be worth
    - checking for any available Bios update
    and
    - Reinstalling your display driver [even if it is the same version as your existing driver].

    Best of luck,
