    Main display does not show anything


    Hello,

    I have an all-in-one PC with a second monitor connected in the HDMI port.

    Today, I have the problem that main display is not recognized by Windows. I can see only the second monitor. Main display only shows black screen.

    I know this is not a hardware problem because when booting, I can see the vendor logo in both screens, also, I can see the BIOS configuration utlity, and even, when I have booted Windows 10 in safe mode, I could see the same screen in moth displays.

    I have used "sfc /scannow" (it found corrupted files that repaired correctly) and "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth".

    After that, when booting Windows normally, only the second display works.

    What could happen to this and more importantly, how can I solve it?

    For some reason, display configuration changed, showing only the second monitor. I have changed to duplicate screens and the problem was solved.

    check the monitor settings you probably just have it set to display on the 2nd monitor and turn off the main display.
