Square boxes around graphics issue Nvidia

Hi all. I never had problems with my graphic card and now all of a sudden i have Square boxes around in the graphics. Please check my screenshots to understand.

I get this in candy crush now and then i also get it in max payne 3 on certain things like explosions, all other things in the game look fine. It's only on specific things it has this (weird) I DDU removed the nvidia drivers and clean installed to latest, no change, i also downclocked my card, no change, heat is not an issue. Never had this problem before.

    @BlackVen0m

Maybe it's coming from the i7 7700K graphics?
Or maybe the 1080Ti is just getting ready to die?

IF it's dying... there's no way to tell HOW it will die.

Another thing to check would be temperatures. Sometimes high temps can cause artifacts.
Sometimes, working too hard can cause issues... etc.

First thing I always assume is that artifacts are caused by the driver.
But you did that... correctly. DDU, then a clean driver install.

Other things that could cause artifacts... a loose or bad cable. The power supply.
Could even be something to do with Windows, although I can't imagine what.
The graphics card may need re-seated. It may be a dust problem... maybe in the PCI-E slot.

Looks like Vram issue of some kind which effects differing areas of Tiles/textures/shaders, part of the graphics effects in each application.
Lack of Vram which maybe the result of complexity in those features, you can reduce Vram usage by lowering the quality of those items in the game settings.

It may have been damaged in the past overheating and/or overclocking. The Graphic Card temperature sensors are not everywhere so you may not know if that had happened.

Oh man! I cant afford new 1080 T.I. The Vram was at 95 C and GPU at 70 C when it crashed, 2 times it happened until i used a external fan that i use to blow air into my chassi with. Its because its so hot inside now in summer! I wonder if the VRAM got damaged because of it being at 95 c??

You know what, i have zero issues in far cry 6. How come ? Max payne is directx 11 farcry 6 is directx 12, do you think it have anything to do with that? i updated my directx, but still no change. Its a very graphical intense game, i blew stuff up and did all kinds of things but no issues at all! Maybe its max payne and candy crush that has issues? I never seen those issues on candy crush before though.

i was wrong! on a very specific part of far cry i got the exact same issue! only when underwater or when looking at the water Square boxes around graphics issue Nvidia-farcry-issue-2.pngSquare boxes around graphics issue Nvidia-farcry-issue.jpg

In candy crush only the blue candy are having issue, i guess its one of the memory Vram that is gone, is it possible to fix that part, how do i check which one of the Vrams are broken?

UPDATE: There was never an issue, candy crush was because it was not updated, max payne 3 is like that on everyone that plays it (i checked out gameplay by other people on youtube, everyone has the same thing, its "normal") farcry 6 was because of a water fix mod i had enabled.
