Are the drivers on your system the same version as on your brothers? What other differences are there between the two systems?
If your card is running fine in his system, but now his card is crashing in yours then it is very unlikely to be a fault with the card, maybe a weak point with your system, power related, PCIe bus or maybe interference from a 3rd party driver?
If you have any RGB software running try disabling it, use Autoruns or a similar app to find and disable any SSD RGB drivers, I mentioned in my first reply that there is a particular RGB driver for SSDs known to cause crashes, whether a drive is present or not the driver is loaded, I believe it is an Aorus app which installs it.
Maybe doing some research on Nvidia's support site as to which conditions are most likely to cause the display driver to stop and recover, obviously it isn't a hard crash or instead of a CTD you would get a bluescreen or a frozen display etc.
These sort of issues tend to be a pain to resolve.

CONCLUSION: If anyone is still following this, I finally found out what my issue was. My RAM was getting too hot causing the XMP OC to become unstable. Every Time RAM temps reached >59C I would run into a CTD. With XMP disabled, memory would still run hot reaching 60C while gaming, but it will only crash at those temps when XMP is enabled. Now the question is, why is my RAM running so hot!

    RAM always runs hot.
On air cooled computers, the CPU fan will usually draw air across the RAM.
When you switch to water cooling, the RAM runs hotter, because there is no air being drawn across the RAM.

Also... RAM with XMP enabled, sometimes doesn't run completely stable.
Sometimes you can get more stability, by setting the RAM frequency, timings and voltage manually in the BIOS.

Just saw a similar problem, earlier tonight...

    Random Reboots

Back in May 2020, I had a similar problem with AMD's DOCP (XMP), and had to set my RAM manually in the BIOS. It's been perfectly stable after doing that.

Other than Ghot's excellent prognosis, try running with the side and maybe front panels off (if possible) to see if the RAM temps come down a bit, maybe run with a fan (normal house fan) blowing into the case. These are just temporary things to try just for experimenting/ testing.
It may be that your fan layout in your case is causing a null pressure effect, as in it is neither pulling air in nor pushing air through, creating a dead area in the case where air doesn't move and just heats up. It could be that your particular case has bad thermals regardless of fan layout.

Many vendors offer ram cooling systems

    CORSAIR CMYAF Fans - Newegg.com

CORSAIR DOMINATOR Platinum Airflow RGB LED Memory Fan (CMDAF2) - Newegg.com

it's not aesthetically the best looking, but very effective.

Issue was the two top 140mm AIO fans doubling as exhaust fans were set too slow. CPU didn't need them fast but RAM definitely does especial with the 3080Ti dumping all that heat into the case. Ended up connecting them to my manual fan controller. When gaming I just jack them all the way up. RAM temps stabilize at 54-55C, no more crashes.
