My pc is stuck with two display adaptors?

    I have Windows 10 pro 21H2
I have an Radeon Sapphire RX 480 8gb
I know its a bit dated by now but it has run great.
A few days ago I tuned on my pc and both my monitors show the same thing, and the pc is a bit slower and wont run games saying I need a Direct x 12 compatible driver. Device manager shows that there are two display adaptors now, One an "Intel(r) 530" and my AMD RX 480 graphics, but it has an error symbol on it, and when I check it it shows "Error 43".
I have used the AMD drivers uninstaller and clean installed (multiple times) The AMD auto detect driver and the RX480 drivers, both which seem to install fine, but then don't work and show ERROR 43.
I've attempted to uninstall the intel, which it is then replaced by "Microsoft basic drivers". Ive tried to update both in the device manager prompt, and even have done a windows reset. Nothing seems to get the other driver to go away.
For a while when I would reinstall the AMD drivers, it would work but then revert back to the problem after I turn off my pc. Now it doesn't work either way.
I've disabled windows auto install/update for drivers.
I've Looked in my bios and I have primary graphics set to PCI, and multi monitor disabled.

    Any help?

Download Display Driver Uninstaller Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.4.6 Uninstall all video drivers.
Restart the computer and boot into Setup (Bios)
In the Bios, reset your Primary Graphics to Enable Mulit Monitors, if you want to use more then one Monitor.
Go to the ASRock Download site for your motherboard and download the VGA driver for your board, it should be the Intel, you need both.
Then reinstall the Radeon software and driver

I think your CMOS battery is dead, that's why your setting always "revert"

If the Date and Time fluctuate, and don't hold the correct time, that would confirm that the CMOS battery is dead.

Hi Spunk !!! I Noted a while ago that windows time is so fast getting this back-up, you could run without battery, if your use default bios settings.

The proses went well. It still seems to show Error 43 and runs slow. But thank you so much for responding and showing me some really useful tools.

Remove the AMD rx 480 card and all it's components,Display Driver Uninstaller is a suitable tool.
Then try your pc using only the integrated Intel 530 and see if any problems occur.
Check Reliability History to see if any errors are flagged. If so,then ---view tech details ---will give information in the first three lines.
Also check ---dxdiag--- to see which number DirectX is installed, hopefully will be number 12.
Whilst there, check the Display adapter information to make sure the AMD has been removed.
Keep in mind the 530 is about 6 years old and support may be minimal.
If the Error 43 is only found in Device Manager, then it relates to hardware/driver problems.
When reinstalling the AMD card, use only the driver from the maker's site and check for any reappearing error.
