    Hi,

    Can you post a link to the card you bought ?

    I think you got a low profile card instead of a standard height ? If the bracket is half height it will be a problem.

    Or,

    Your 710 may have a PCIEx1 connector ? If it's the case you can install it in a X16 slot no problems.

    Just make sure you get the good form factor. Your computer is a Full ATX and requires full height Adapter cards or Low profile card with a full height bracket (sometimes both available) but may not be the case with used or refurbished cards..
