Don't worry, I experienced this many times and there's no need to backup anything, the keys are related to video settings only. And are created automatically as you connect monitors. They don't even exist on headless machines. And are not required to boot to GUI.

My comments were more towards changing the Registry in general, and the pitfalls that could occur.
I have TP Link VR600 router.
When I lose the internet, the normal 4 LEDs remain on - including the internet LED.
