You need to uninstall all AMD video drivers and any AMD specific video applications from:

Settings > Apps & features > click on the entry > uninstall.

I would also remove the system mod you have for a very old Start Menu, just to make sure it is not interfering with the procedure.
    Restart.

It will probably disappear in time after diagnostic data has been sent to MS.
If you have further system mods that prevent that then do what you need to do so that MS gets the proper info.

I do not understand what you mean by "drivers" I have installed the correct nVidia1050ti drivers. I see that "drivers" is a link. But they are installed.

There is nothing related to AMD in settings > Apps & features. Also the Start Menu is not anything to do with it.
I DO NOT like the new start menu's and I WILL NOT be forced to use the new style menu. When Windows 10 first came out I saw it said "Start menu is back" That makes me cringe because it's not back. But now it is because the program I have is "Start is Back" I paid for the program and I do not thing it has anything to do with the issue.

People are not understanding. This device has been removed I put in another Video Card. But Windows Update still see's the old card. How do I get it to not show at all on Windows Updates? I thought about installing and then removing it again.
Also on this forum only my mouse curser seems to jump. I think it is the auto save feature. A minute ago it jumped while I was typing it jumped up to the quoted text. I had to cancel and retype what I had typed. This happens on this forum only.

Check in 'Control panel > Programs > Uninstall....' to make sure AMD software is gone.
Also might want to check 'Local disk' for any AMD leftover folders/files.
