HP7--1510 Desktop Won't Show Monitor Image

I'm going try to explain what the problem is on my 2017 year HP7-1510 desktop with Windows 10 Home.
I've had this PC for three years, and it always worked until one day I turned it on and no monitor display. This PC has a 3rd Generation Intel Core 13-Processor , Intel H61 chipset, 8 GB PC3-1200 DDR3-1600 SDRAM memory, 1.5TB 7200RPM Serial ATA hard drive, Intel HD Graphics 2500. Has a Corsair 500 watt power supply.
At first I changed the HDMI cable, thinkin this was the problem. Not so. I checked the power supply...check okay. But, I removed it and install another Corsair 500 watt PW in the case...still no monitor display. I removed the Graphic Card and installed a spare graphic card that I had here that works. Still no monitor display. I removed the mouse cable, the and any USB cables attached. Nothing on monitor. So, I decided to do some inspection on the mother board. It is a Joshua H61 Foxconn LGA 696233-001.
Here is the workings on the start-up.
The on-off lights up...Blue...when turn it on. The power supply fan work, the CPU fan, the graphic card fan all work, and the Keyboard light is on. The Hard Drive is working as I can fell the slight vibrations... so it appears all the parts in the PC is working. Still no monitor display. I decided to buy another motherboard...same type...same model number, and serial number. When I received the motherboard and installed, same, no monitor display.

That is when I decided to buy another PC.... the HP Pro 3500 has I have posted in another thread earlier.

If anyone here can give me some idea(s0 how to solve the HP7-1510 before I trash it.

NOTE: I have another HP MOl-F0030W desktop that is cabled to the LG 34" monitor, that I connected the bad HP7-1510 to. The monitor works fine with the other PC.

If the monitor works fine with the other PC, it is not the monitor.
When you turn the computer on, does it boot? You can't see, but the HDD led should blink for a minute and when getting to Windows you should hear the start sound.

Unplug the power cord, open the case and remove the memory sticks. Clean the contacts and put them back.

After all I've done, it came to removing the hard drive and installing another one I have with Windows 7 on it. Both would appear to be working as usual. I also removed all the USB cable connectors to the motherboard to see if it was a simple USB not working. Seems they are okay. Also removed the memory sticks and cleaned the contacts...three times and left one out to see if one stick may be the problem... nothing changes there. I don't see the new motherboard being the issue. It must be somewhere in the boot process (settings) that is causing the no display on the monitor.

If I understand correctly, with another drive (win 7) the monitor works. The conclusion is that you have a faulty drive.

Disconnect the faulty drive and power up. You should see some messages on the screen like No Operating System.

No! The Windows 7 HHD drive "will not" in the machine.
I might add, when I turn the PC on, there is the "blue" light, then it changes to "six" orange blinking lights, then back to the Blue light. When all this is occurring, there is no "beeping" sound and the (all) fans are running.

Maybe you've already done this: try to boot into the BIOS using a minimal system: no drives, one stick of RAM, just a mouse and keyboard attached. And the monitor.

I'm not hopeful, if you've already swapped motherboards without success.

I am a bit confused by post 1, though. You refer to Intel HD 2500 onboard graphics, but then state that you removed the graphics card. What was it? The Pavilion P7-1510 has no HDMI outputs itself, so you'd either need a DVI to HDMI adapter or a discrete graphics card to connect a monitor that uses HDMI.

I have in the Hp7-1510 a MSI Twin Frozrlll #N660. It has a HDMI, DVI-1, DVI-D, and a Display Port on the graphic card. I use the a with HDMI male and other end has a DVI-D male connector to the 34" monitor. It worked great until the no display on monitor showed up one day.

Just curious. Probably nothing to do with your problem, particularly if you had another PCI-E card to swap in. From your other thread, you're going to try the onboard graphics as well.

I begin to to fear that you have a dead CPU.

I tried another graphic card in where I removed the MSI N660 and same..no display on monitor. Also, remove the graphic card and use the onboard one..same situation.
I've never had a CPU go south in my 26 years of using computers, but, there's always that first time. I'll the judgement to trash the HP71510, or spend some money on a new CPU..
Thanks to all on here that give their ideas and solutions.

I don't recall @JDZ710ALTractor trying different RAM. You can't rule that out either.
@JDZ710ALTractor you need to go back and recheck all cabling and make sure you haven't missed anything.

Just a couple days ago my desktop started hard crashing when I tried to play a game. I tried all the obvious things without success. I stopped what I was doing, disconnected all cables and pulled it out from beneath the desk. I removed the graphics card and then reinserted it. After I put my computer back together the graphics card was working OK again. All this took several hours.

I am just relating this to demonstrate that it is not always obvious what the problem is. Sometimes a person gets tunnel vision and misses things because they are not open to things they have not thought of or looking for.

Ten years ago I had a computer taken out by lightning. I built a new computer to replace it. Eight months later after I replaced the motherboard and RAM on the dead computer it started working again. Within a year the computer failed again but this time it was the CPU. First Memtest showed errors then the computer would only boot at the minimum speed of 400MHz instead of 3.2Ghz. Replacing the CPU fixed the computer for good. It has worked since and is working even today.

I spent a lot of time and patience to get that computer working again. I guess I will never know what had initially failed for sure. Maybe even the CPU had been damaged by the lightning. In any event, I'm a little more stubborn and patient than most people.
