Those are the drivers AMD recommends, I see. https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/a...on-r5-graphics

If you're certain that you have the Windows 10 X64 drivers, then I'm mystified. The drivers I'm using a clearly named: "non-whql-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.6.2-win10-64bit-june29.exe" (I added the color.)

As you're using a laptop, there's a chance that you'll have to stay with drivers from HP. Laptop makers sometimes use custom device ID's that a generic AMD installer can't recognize. However, if AMD has coded their installer properly, it should just tell you that there is no supported hardware in the system. Complaining about the OS would be inappropriate.

I just noticed that you're running Win10 1803. Is that correct? I don't think that should be a problem, but I wonder that you're using a Win10 version that is 3 years old.

If you have an HP laptop, as it is indicated in your system specs, you should be getting the drivers from HP, not AMD. Laptop manufacturers often tinker with drivers to take advantage of the designed system hardware and a generic driver like you would find at the AMD website may not work properly.

You don't seem to be much into volunteering information. That's OK.
