Radeon Settings Version and Driver Version Do Not Match Error

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700U
GPU1: Radeon RX Vega 10 (1GB shared RAM)
GPU2: Radeon RX 540 (2GB dedicated RAM)

I used to use the graphics driver from Acer but switched to AMD's driver because Acers's driver hasn't been updated in over two years.

AMD Driver: 27.20.21003.8013 5/11/2021
Radeon Software: 21.5.2 5/11/2021

I used the Radeon Software to update the software from 21.5.2 to 21.6.2

AMD Driver: 27.20.22001.16006 6/28/2021
Radeon Software: 21.6.2 6/28/2021

I believe that "cgrim1985's" graphics are too old for 21.6.2. Whether an auto-update version exists for it, I don't know.

I then suggest removing the old AMD drivers and trying to reinstall them. You can use an AMD utility to do that.

Well, I tried everything that was suggested and none of it worked.

I wasn't being critical. I hoped that your fix would be easier.

I know you wasn't and I thought the fix would be easier too, but at least things got fixed.

After dealing with this error for a bit I found that uninstalling the existing Radeon Software and reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store fixed it.

Strange - I am unable to find Radeon Software in the MS Store. In my case, it installs automatically when the drivers are updated. Once installed in this way, it updates automatically.
