You can always run FurMark, to test.
FurMark > Home
I ran furmark with the cpu burner at the same time for over an hour and had absolutely zero issues. No amount of stress testing ever cause a problem.
Has this really fixed your issue? If not, have you made any other progress at all? Because I have same issue with playing Halo:Infinite and am finding this has been a common NVidia issue for literally years and years...and it's crazy unreproducable on demand and spits out slightly differing error combinations when it happens! One interesting commonality I've noticed however, is the only evidence of a problem is in the event manager! Programs/Games never are crashing with any kind of a popup error or dialog of any type, just a silent crash that disappears whatever program you were working in from the screen like nothing happened...it's weird!

Basically, the capacitors suck and can't handle rapid voltage changes. Let me know if this helps!
