USB TV tuner inhibits sleep

Hi guys! I'm starting to pull my hear out... Up until today everything worked. My Hauppauge Wintv-Hvr-935 HD USB tuner was plugged into one of the rear USB slots, and the machine slept just fine.
However I noticed today that it wakes up IMMEDIATELY after it goes to sleep (in like milliseconds). I pulled out the tuner and sleep was fine. Plugged into the other rear USB slot, no sleep again.
Plugged into the front USB slot, and it sleeps fine... What gives?
Tried reinstalling the drivers, no dice. Also tried disabling USB selective suspend (and looking at the USB Root hubs in Device Manager, the option for them to be able to wake up the computer is greyed out). I haven't changed any settings, no Windows updates, no new drivers for other devices... What would you suggest I do? Don't want to have it plugged into the lone front USB slot...
This is an Asus PN50 NUC-like pc, with Windows 10 20H2, with latest patches and drivers.

A USB 2 or USB 3 Hub is not expensive and available as port-powered or self-powered [has its own power supply], quite useful in adding additional ports. And there's also Add-in cards for PCI or the newer PCIe slots in the computer to gain more ports, I've added USB 3 cards to computers with only USB 2 ports, good support from Win10.

I suggest that you eliminate the possibility that some malfunction of the display driver is responsible for this [despite the tests you have done].

The reason I think it is worth a shot is your comment, "it wakes up IMMEDIATELY after it goes to sleep". Display drivers are the cause of many sleep problems but there is no diagnostic test to identify them as the culprit.

So I suggest you go to your computer maker to download & reinstall your display driver even if it the same version as the one you currently have.
- While you're there, check for any updated Bios.

If the PC was sleeping fine, but you had some recent updates, that may be the issue as discussed in this thread - Update Preventing Windows Going into Sleep Mode. My solution is in post #10.

Also discussed here - KB5000802 CU Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.867 and v20H2 19042.867

And yes, updating drivers might help.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Unfortunately they didn't work...

- DDU'd the AMD graphics drivers, installed the latest, no dice
- BIOS is latest already, so didn't touch it
- Rolled back windows updates, no dice
- powercfg -requests lists "NONE" in all sections, so not a borked update caused this. Just in case, I tried the powercfg requestoverride suggestion, but that didn't help either
- I also tried powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics, but that report didn't contain the unsuccessful sleep attempts with the tuner plugged in, only the successful ones with the tuner unplugged

So, am at a loss...

Facepalm level 1000000000...

It turns out I had to disable "Legacy USB support" in the BIOS... Now the only mystery is how that got enabled...
What's important is that now the PC is sleeping like a baby :)

EDIT: Nope, no joy. Not working

I'll get a cheap USB DVB-C replacement and try with that, as with an older model sleep works (but the cable slot for that is iffy so cannot use it properly).
