    Hi

Are you using NVidia Control Panel>Display>Change Resolution>Customise>Create Custom Resolution? If it's not working, is there an error message or other symptoms?

    Windows 10 (duh)

Well, i had to plug in an old crt and creating a custom res with 100hz worked just fine.

You could try to force it from old display control panel (control.exe desk.cpl,Settings,@Settings)
click Advanced settings, then List all modes and chose 1280x1024 then Apply. Make sure you have just one display connected when you do this.

Sorry is that in NVidia Control Panel>Display>Change Resolution>Customise>Create Custom Resolution? You should be able to enter these figures.

    Hi

Just noticed that you have an MSI card, try this link to auto update your driver from the MSI site:
