Having a problem with Windows 10. GeForce GTX 1650 super Graphics Card
Hello everyone. I'm new here, but I'm joining in hopes to learn more about computers with my 14yr old son. We're already having a issue with Windows, and I was hoping someone could help us! New PC I built with my 14yr old son. So, just yesterday, when my son turned on his PC, it was doing this:

We thought it might be the monitor, but we noticed that everything else is working on fine on the monitor (settings, motherboard menu).
I put in the flash drive with Windows 10 (free copy, no key) that we originally used, and we got a message saying that "Windows Unexpectedly shut down." It gave us the options of doing a system restore to another date, or fresh install (among other things). Before it was not giving us this option, it only started after we put the flash drive in and turned it on. When we tried to do a system restore from the two dates listed, we got this error message:

So, we did a fresh install. My son lost all his files (he's 14, a lot of his stuff was for online schooling too). Now, it seems to be turning on to Windows 10, although it's taking a really long time to boot into Windows, it didn't do that before.
Any ideas what happened? I'd hate for my son to go through all that trouble of customizing his PC and downloading files again just to lose it?
