Having a problem with Windows 10. GeForce GTX 1650 super Graphics Card

Hello everyone. I'm new here, but I'm joining in hopes to learn more about computers with my 14yr old son. We're already having a issue with Windows, and I was hoping someone could help us! New PC I built with my 14yr old son. So, just yesterday, when my son turned on his PC, it was doing this:

We thought it might be the monitor, but we noticed that everything else is working on fine on the monitor (settings, motherboard menu).

I put in the flash drive with Windows 10 (free copy, no key) that we originally used, and we got a message saying that "Windows Unexpectedly shut down." It gave us the options of doing a system restore to another date, or fresh install (among other things). Before it was not giving us this option, it only started after we put the flash drive in and turned it on. When we tried to do a system restore from the two dates listed, we got this error message:

So, we did a fresh install. My son lost all his files (he's 14, a lot of his stuff was for online schooling too). Now, it seems to be turning on to Windows 10, although it's taking a really long time to boot into Windows, it didn't do that before.

Any ideas what happened? I'd hate for my son to go through all that trouble of customizing his PC and downloading files again just to lose it?

Basically I recommend two things for you :

1 - Researching latest drivers for all your hardware and installing them pre starting to setup and use the PC for serious tasks , this may help speed up boot and system stability , one of the key drivers that may help improve boot speed is the RST Raid driver (A.K.A Intel Rapid Storage Technology) usually provided by mother board manufacturer or Intel's official website , it includes the SATA driver of the hard drive helping speeding it up

2 - Have a decent Internet Security package other than Windows Defender , with a teenager expect some online adventures that may lead any PC to acquire malwares like no tomorrow , the Windows default antivirus is basically made for responsible people who do not use the internet . I recommend the free Comodo Internet Security Suite downloadable here : Download Internet Security Products for PC Protection (Then Download CIS Button)
