Is that x86 or x64 bit version?
See if System Type is 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) Windows 10
X64

Installed version 391.35 is working but I still have the corrupted screen when I boot.
Interestingly, the problem is worse when I do a reboot rather than when I shut down but even that doesn't always work and Windows tries to do an automatic repair which always fails?
