Display powering off for no reason

I encountered an issue that (so far) only seems to be happening with BlueStacks (an emulation program for android). It happened twice in the last two days. Once, I left the game on, went back after 20 min and the monitor was powered off (no signal detected) even though the game was still running and everything. Next time happened when I was playing a game and suddenly the screen turns black again with no signal and yet everything is running. A soon as I reboot, it's all back to normal. I looked at event log and the only critical error is the actual powering off that I had to do physically. Can it be a display issue (running latest NVIDIA drivers). I can post dxdiag and everything, but again it hasn't happened outside of BlueStacks so far.

What happened today, is that I left the monitor running on bluestacks again and after half an hour the system just rebooted for no reason. When I look at the event log, at all times for all of these instances it shows what I attached.

I also added the dxdiag. Its a dell PC and I ran its all stress tests and they yielded no problem (all passed) so I can't tell what is going on. Is it the application doing it? It never happened on the old PC.

Can anyone pinpoint the root cause of it?

goto settings and in the search box type screensaver

you can turn it off and on , there (black screen if chosen without choosing screen saver)
second check your monitor's menu (separate from the computer) and see of power saving is active.

check your power settings Control panel / power options

No screen saver active, power settings say everything is off when it comes to going to sleep, etc and monitor has no power settings in its menu

You can try opening a elevated command prompt and running sfc /scannow
If faulty files exist and sfc can't fix them run Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    and run sfc again.

Consider going back to a previous video card driver either by the device manager
or downloading an earlier version from your video card's website.
You can download DDU Display driver uninstaller from here
clearing out any old drivers then install the new driver.

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.3.5
