2 monitor setup. But 1 monitor won't fully go to stby mode.

    Hey gang,

I got a new monitor and using my old one as a second monitor. The problem is that when Windows 10 activated stby mode. My new monitor won't fully go to sleep. The screen blacks out. But is still on. The Panel backlights a re still on and the power indicator is still lit up and not showing the yellow light in stby. I have to MSI MAG27QRF QD. .

When it was in single setup. It worked correctly. Just in dual setup. It won't go to sleep mode. But the 2nd monitor does.

I have the same problem as you. I'm currently running asus vg278q hooked on a gpu with a dp port and the sceptre 27inch monitor hooked on the motherboard with a dvi port. So far, I think turn off the pci link state power management definitely stops the black screen when going standby which is what we're having problem with. Give this one a try! Also, is your second monitor hooked into the mobo while your primary one hooked onto your gpu?

No it's in the GPU. I have a Ryzen 3700x. So no onboard gpu.
