every 20mins GPU Load went 0% & game freeze for 10 secs, few game crash

facing this issue over 30+days now
1----every 20 mins GPU Load (using GPUZ on 2nd screen)on GTX1060 6GB went from 99-to-100% Load to """"0%"""" while temp. is constant 70-72 Degree Celcius
2----on that moment game freezes like in Ghost Recon Breakpoints ,Rainbow Six , Battlefield 5 , COD Cold War beta previously but dont crashes if didnt press touch keys & mouse
    But Watch Dogs Legion crashes
3----Note::::::while freeze>>>>>>> """" GPU memory usage remains constant + all Clock speed constant"""""

4----CPU i7-4770k load lowers by 15% while Freezing Gaming occurs and as soon GPU Load come backs CPU utilizations goes as before freeze point , while sometimes CPU utilizations remains same
5----even--SSD ( GR Brekpoints on SSD ) + HDD (all others games on 3 TB HDD) Utilization is ok even S.M.A.R.T. is ok
    6----Win 10 Pro Version 20H2 Build 19042.610
    7----Nvidia Driver latest 457.09 WHQL
    8---everything is updated
9--using Hardware accelerated GPU-scheduling ON in graphics settings

    10---Solutions tried ---
1^^^^Clean install of latest NVIDIA Driver including NV Experience
2^^^^BIOS set to OC and High performance mode and normal too
    3^^^^XMP on and OFF
4^^^^ MSI afterburner and EVGA Precision X with 100% FAN speed to
5^^^^ turning off Nvidia experience , bandicam too

GPUZ n Diax Diag screenshot here

this is Normal while using video player and web Browser tabs

"1----every 20 mins GPU Load (using GPUZ on 2nd screen)on GTX1060 6GB went from 99-to-100% Load to """"0%"""" while temp. is constant 70-72 Degree Celcius " plus your point "4----".

To me that would indicate some Graphics Card damage as the temperature of the GPU should go down significantly when at 0% load.

The temperature of the sensor is in the GPU and you do not know what is happening elsewhere on the Graphics Card. It maybe some other Graphics Card components that have been partially damaged and becomes apparent when warmed up.

Obviously an ideal test is to swop with an identical Graphics Card, or even a lesser Card.

This is just an assessment from the details you have given, could easily be wrong.

I would also go back to an older Graphics Driver that you have used prior to those 30+ days. Proven reliability.
