For Nvidia Graphic Cards, Which Company to File Warranty Claim?

    Hey,

I have an EVGA Nvidia GTX 1060 but there is something wrong with it and I am still within the warranty period. Who do I file the warranty claim with? EVGA or Nvidia? Or, both?

    Thanks.

Your card is a EVGA so you can go and contact EVGA Customer Support and they will very help you and you may RMA (replace your graphic card) If you are under warranty ( 3 years)
Or you can open RMA Tickets here > Open RMA Ticket

I'd try eVGA first. IMHO, their customer support is among the best in the industry.

I believe that they offer a cross-ship option for an RMA. They would ship a replacement card. You'd have to secure that with a credit card number. When they receive your card, you'd get a refund for the credit card payment. (Or, they wouldn't charge it. I don't recall.)

If the card is within it's first year of warranty then first port of call would be the retailer who sold you the card (I believe the USA and UK are the same regards retailer's warranty period and responsibility) they should offer to replace or repair and if that is not possible, offer a similarly priced alternative, depending on their process.
You could try EVGA but if the card is within the first year they may well refer you back to the original retailer. Outside of first year then EVGA are the people to contact.
