Okay, apparently it was somehow blocked by secure boot policy, disabled it on BIOS and do the installing, then it was working fine.
control panel is okay too, thanks!

@adivvkvns now that we have a mixed reviews , can you try it on a fresh installation of windows on a flash drive maybe to confirm it is not windows corrupting from all previous trials ?

I have not updated from Windows 7. I have Windows 10 clean.
The person said that the panel works for him, but he did not say in which settings mode, like basic or advanced.
And reinstalling the system in my case is completely inappropriate.

The only thing I can think of is language package , can you switch your windows regional settings to english , install the driver and see if english version is stable ?

I'll think about it.
In the meantime, Ill go install this driver on another laptop with i5-2540M processor

Yeah everything works there, better performance
I removed modded driver with ddu and installed yours
When will I be at home, I will try to achieve the correct installation

well if you were able to do post your experience on the how to so others may benefit .

i can't get it to work, so just let be like that, its working well then
