    Problems with video streaming

I am having a major problem with streaming video (eg.YouTube) in my new Chuwi HiX10. Much of the time it is impossible because the display is blotted out by what looks like a multicolour curtain with stripes running at an angle from top to bottom. It happens in full screen right down to miniplayer or PnP, and is not stopped by reducing speed or resolution. Sometimes it can be stopped temporarily by re-starting the video but not often. It is not peculiar to any one Browser, I have not found a way to stop it so have to abandon streaming. I cannot remember if it was happening before or only after recent updates. Are there some settings I need to adjust?

    Hello @clayto,

It is quite possible that one of the latest updates has affected it.

[1] Have you got a Restore Point prior to this happening that you can try.
[2] Have you checked the manufacturers website for the latest graphics driver etc.

    I hope this helps!

The solution has been to switch HARDWARE ACCLERATION off in Edge Settings.
