MSI Afterburner not retaining settings

    Thanks. Yes, the problem is solved but I'd rather not have AB running at startup. However, if that is not possible then I guess I'll live with it!

    That's actually not recommended though, as if you change cards, the settings of the current card will be used, and you might not be able to boot into windows unless you use safe mode, as the OC might be too high.

    What I do is boot into default, and the reapply the profile after Windows boot.

    But if you want Windows to boot into the profile, you need to open the "lock" and set the profile, then click the Windows startup icon in Afterburner, then close the lock.
