    Dual display flashing

    Hello.

First post on the forum and already asking for help, sorry.

I have a dual display setup which works fine when display is mirrored but which causes both displays to flash on/off when extended.

Any open windows remain on screen without flashing on/off.

Both displays are set to same resolution 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz connected through Displayport.

Card is Nvidia Quadro P1000 with clean install of latest drivers.

Monitors are BenQ BL3201PT and EL2870U

    Win 10 Pro N 64 updated to 1909.

What might I be doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance

First of all why your post remained untouched for several days is because you neglect using accurate pc terminology and try to describe things using probably android terminology which renders your problem confusing to readers .

So basically your graphics card and monitors works fine "Cloned" , but when extended they "Flicker"

Second , did you try basic trouble shootings ? Like making sure both monitors when extended have same resolution and same refresh rate , also trying to switching monitors , switch cables , unplugging from electricity and GPU then re-plugging ?

Finally if all the above fail , try enabling V-Sync in Nvidia's Control panel , if fails try lowering resolution one step down at the time on both monitors then report back your findings or if things got fixed .

From what I can gather; you have 2 different monitors which seem to have 2 different native resolutions. Can you confirm that with your monitor specs for me. The next issue is as I see it you're using a work station GPU which is totally different than a standard GPU for gaming. According to the Nvidia Quadro P1000 data sheet....it only uses DP. So are you using DP cables or are you using some sort of adapter?
