I noticed that it is a bit harder to see the differences in the screenshot, but it's still apparent to me (be sure you are not zoomed, but rather, viewing the screenshots at 100%). If I ever get this issue fixed, I'll post a before / after shot -- it's quite dramatic (from highly legible, to barely legible in some cases). Yes, the screenshots are a mix of images and fonts. Yes, as most of the posts online are saying (and in contrast to what some tech support agents claim), I do believe this is NOT a ClearType issue.

Helmut - you were spot on! I looked at the screenshots from another computer and they look fine.

On my last Windows update, it changed my display settings. I have a 60kHz monitor but windows changed it to 30kHz. If you have this problem, here's how to fix it:

Windows > Settings > Display > Advanced Settings > Refresh Rate
